Nagare Coffee is an independent specialty coffee shop in London, known for high standards, a fast-paced environment, and a strong sense of community. We’re passionate about precision, consistency, and creating a welcoming space for both customers and staff.
We are currently looking for an experienced barista to join our team.

What We’re Looking For:
・Minimum 2 years of experience in specialty coffee
・Confident with espresso dialing, milk texturing, and workflow in a fast-paced environment
・Solid understanding of extraction, brew ratios, and coffee quality
・Ability to remain calm and focused during busy service
・Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
・Strong team player with good communication skills
・Bonus: basic knowledge of coffee machine cleaning and maintenance
