THE OPPORTUNITY We are looking for a driven, eager and organised coffee professional who is looking for the next step in their career to join our UK Wholesale team.

You will be excited about picking up the phone, conversing with business owners, and delivering exceptional and consistent customer service for our wholesale customers. Whether it be an emergency call out, a new business lead or a customer tracking their coffee delivery, you’ll be proactive and organised in making sure our wholesale customers feel supported and can trust Ozone Coffee.

You’ll be fully supported by the Customer Care Manager and UK Sales Manager, but you will be equally self-motivated and great at self-management.

ABOUT YOU: Previous hospitality and specialty coffee experience is strongly desired. Coffee Technical Knowledge or an understanding of different coffee machinery is a plus.
